House of Vanderbilt

Once the most trusted guards of the Empress Maria Theresa, now one of most powerful families in the world.

Even back in the old Holy Roman Empire, the well-respected family was known for their strong loyalty towards the royal House and their love for culture and art. Credited for establishing museums and art galleries throughout Europe, the Vanderbilts were considered the richest family in the world for much of the 1800’s. In the 19th Century, an Austrian Lady Rosemary Vanderbilt-Kaiserring was the first Vanderbilt, who flourished the Vanderbilt’s business on the new foreign land.

With the union between her and Henry Kaiserring, the Vanderbilts dominated not only the east coast but also the land of Valcoast with their art galleries and museums. Having not only the legal art and antiquities trading under her control, Lady Rosemary managed to crave a way for illegal auctions and human trafficking.

While the Vanderbilt’s legal business was booming, capturing the folks of Valcoast attention and respect. Their underground business caught the eyes of riches. From forbidden masterpieces hidden away from the public eye to royal artefacts stolen from the royal families back in the middle ages and works from Leonardo da Vinci can be seen at the Vanderbilt’s illegal auction. A tempting offer with high price to pay.

To ensure the success of both Vanderbilt’s legal and illegal businesses, as well as the family’s safety. The Vanderbilts retained their old tradition of splitting the family members into the representative part and the security part of the family.
